Version 0.2.1

New version out, more bugs squashed!

• The Esc key can now be pressed to exit all menus .
• The Achievements can now be escaped. Luckily nobody starved to death before the exit got added.
• Moved the button to enter the Acheivements lower. Hopefully this fixes any strange screen-resolution related issues causing the text to mesh together into an unholy word abomination.
• Speaking of screen-resolution related issues, fullscreen should be fully functional now! It will now fit to the screen, so there should be no problems with the top and bottom of the game being cut off.
• Gold flies now destroy  bullets no meant to penetrate on hit.
• Cannonballs now kill stags.

As always, let me know if any of this completely breaks everything.  :)
